Rebranding an Estate Agent
Picker Elliott
Picker Elliott is one of the leading independent estate agents in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Established in 2004 they specialise in the sale and letting of residential properties. As an independent Estate Agent, they offer a personal, enthusiastic service that has allowed them to build long term client relationships built from trust, integrity, and results. Their branding had been the same since 2004 and looked outdated stopping Picker Elliott from standing out in a very competitive local market. While having their website rebuilt they approached us for a new logo and branding materials. They wanted something that made them look contemporary but didn’t lose the heritage of the business. We developed new branding using ‘PE’ as a word mark, refreshing the colour palette subtly as a nod to the previous brand. The new branding was used across a range of stationary as well as for sale boards and leaflets.
