Keep The Beat Santa Ride, Run, Walk

Keep The Beat is a small charity working throughout Leicestershire supporting children and their families suffering from congenital heart disease (CHD). The charity is very personal to the founders Adam and Annita who’s son has suffered with CHD since birth. Since 2011 the charity have held an annual Santa Ride, Run, Walk an event that sees adults and children of all ages riding, running and walking a 4 mile course in December dressed as Santa and his elves. As part of an ongoing project with the charity they asked us to produce the campaign for the 2017 Santa Ride, Run, Walk. Using the charities iconic red and blue colour scheme we built a fun campaign made up of bold typography and festive characters. To ease and modernise the application process we set up a ticketing system using Picatic which allowed attendees to purchase tickets and sign the declaration. With over 300 entries the event was a massive success, raising money for the charity and increasing their profile within the local community. The branding was used within; press adverts, posters, postcards, entry forms, sponsorship forms as well as within web elements and social media artwork.
