General Questions

Projects, Pricing and the little details

Once your project has started we will be in regular contact to keep you in the loop with the progress on your project. Each project has varying turnaround times depending on the service you require. If you ever need to get in contact with us you can drop us an email to find out the status of your project at hello@briomedia.co.uk

If you need to cancel a project for whatever reason please let us know as soon as possible. We will need to charge for any work already carried out after we received your approval to proceed, but of course, if we haven’t started then there will be no charge.

Depending on the size of the project and the initial brief given, a meeting isn’t necessary and the work is completed with only discussions over phone, email or other. Doing this allows us to maintain a fast workflow in turn allowing us to provide the pricing structures that we do.

Sometimes we have clients that require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and whether we have other jobs in our project queue. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional rush charge on top of the cost of the design service requested. Our current rush charge for graphic design services is £80.

Once we have finished your project and you are completely happy we will send you an invoice. You can pay us via BACs transfer.

Copyright for all work carried out by Brio Media transfers to the client as soon as the final invoice has been payed in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes such as posts for our social media channels as well as in our portfolio.

Putting a fixed cost on any of our services is tricky because each and every client and project is different. We like to listen to your requirements first and then provide you with an accurate quote that outlines everything that we’re going to do for your project. If you would like to discuss your project with us and obtain a quote please don’t hesitate to email us on hello@briomedia.co.uk

Absolutely! We’re always happy to help no matter your situation. If you can’t pay all in one go for your project then we can set up a payment plan to spread the cost over a period of time of your choice. We want to make sure everyone can benefit from awesome design so please do ask if you’d prefer to pay via a payment plan.
