Brio Store FAQs

We send out orders via Royal Mail First Class wrapped in tissue paper and packed in to postal tubes ready for it’s journey to your front door.

We currently only ship to the UK. We’re looking into options to ship further afield, so watch this space!

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days and we’ll let you know when your order has been dispatched.

We hope you love your Brio Store order. However, if you’re not happy with your order, please contact us hello@briomedia.co.uk to arrange a return and a refund. This should be done within 14 days of receiving your order and items will need to be unused and in their original packaging.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our store is managed by WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed using PayPal a secure and trusted online payment gateway.
